Plein Air Meet Up 2025

This is a free Meet Up and paint 'en plein air', suitable for Artists with experience of setting up and painting 'en plein air' in urban locations

Over 5 days: Friday 26th - Tuesday 30th September, we will meet up at one of the prearranged locations each day. There will be a short briefing before Artists disperse and select where they would like to paint. Each artist is solely responsible for choosing their precise location, the setting up and safety of their equipment. This is a meet up only you will not be chaperoned whilst painting.

After painting Artists are invited to return to the meeting point to line up their work and take a promotional video which you can share on social media

We will have a social meet at nearby cafe/restaurant

Artists must Register in order to participate

Each artist must read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Meet Up and fill in the Registration Form.

We have to limit numbers for the safety of both artists and the general public

Only artists on the Whats App group are invited to register. This is to stop uninvited artists joining at the last minute

Online Exhibition

Each participating artist can submit one artwork created en plein air during the 5 days of the event.

We aim to display your artwork for free (it may be we take a small commission on sales of 5% if we have costs). It will be up to you to deal with any enquiries/sales you get.

Sales: If you sell your artwork we ask you to make a 15% donation direct to our nominated Charity.
