What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We need to collect the participants Name, Telephone Number, Address, State of Health and Consent to the T&C’s of the Meet Up. Consent to use images (photos and videos) of participants and artwork produced at the Meet Up.

Why we collect it
We need to be able to identify participants in the Meet Up. Ensure participants are aware of the demands of the Meet Up. e.g. ability to carry kit unaided. Obtain participants agreement to our Terms and Conditions as listed on the Terms and Conditions page.
We will collect information where it is needed in the public interest.
We will collect information and pass it on to local Maltese councils where they are giving permission for us to use public parks and need the participants details (name and contact number).
Less commonly, we may process this type of personal data where it is needed in relation to legal claims or where it is needed to protect your interests (or someone else’s interests) and you are not capable of giving your consent, or where you have already made the information public.
We will use photographs of artwork and participants to promote their work and the Plein Air Meet Up.

We will delete all data 6 months after the Event finishes and after contacting attendees to seek their personal preferences.

We do NOT collect data for any of the following:
Marketing
Sharing with any 3rd party unless a legal requirement
For distribution via any means unless ordered by a court to do so.
